Any individual working on a restricted operations area – such as service reservoirs, water pumping stations, water treatment works, wells, springs and boreholes or working on the network of water mains and service pipes – must have a National Water Hygiene EUSR registration. This Water Hygiene registration identifies that the individual holding it has attended and EUSR National Water Hygiene Training course and understand the risks and controls associated with waterborne diseases. The National Water Hygiene Card shows their Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) number and card expiry date. You can not work on restricted operations without this card.

We generally deliver this course to existing clients working on restricted operations as part of our support package although we can run courses upon request.
