To book your initial consultation, simply contact our friendly team. We will have a brief chat about your business and book a face-to-face meeting. During our initial consultation, we’ll determine what stage your business is at and make recommendations for the best course of action. We’ll put together a personalised proposal, quoting only for the services you need. Get in touch to get started.

It is possible to fail your certification audit but if you have followed our advice and implemented your management system correctly, then it is highly unlikely. It is not in our interest for you to fail and we have a proven record of helping our clients successfully achieve ISO certifications. In the event of anything unexpected happening, we would continue to work with you to achieve resolution.

The certification body will stipulate the certification cycle which involves regular surveillance audits and a renewal exercise after three years. We can provide post-certification services to help you uphold your standards and maintain your system and certifications.

The cost will depend on the size of the project and the amount of work involved. Some of our clients already have management systems in place whereas others require an entire system to be developed from scratch. After we complete our initial consultation, we provide a full proposal which will outline our recommendations, the services we will provide and the total cost. An indication of certification costs will usually also be provided.

This depends on the size and complexity of your organisation and what policies, processes and systems are already in place. Your management systems must have been running for at least three months before certification. Alpha Swanson will aim to complete the entire process as soon as is workable and if you have any specific deadlines, we will accommodate them wherever possible. A more accurate timeline will be provided after we have completed our initial consultation.

There are many benefits to gaining ISO certification. One of the biggest benefits is that it enhances the credibility of a company and instils confidence in clients. This gives businesses a competitive edge which can allow them to bid for more lucrative contracts.

“The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the sole national accreditation body for the United Kingdom. UKAS is recognised by government, to assess against internationally agreed standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.” For more information visit https://www.ukas.com

Certification is an assurance from a third-party certification body that the product, service or system in question meets specific internationally recognised standards.

UKAS accredited certification means that the third-party certification body has been verified by UKAS, the UK’s national accreditation body. Having UKAS accredited certification means that your certification will be accepted globally and many buyers require that suppliers hold such certification.
