Business Modelling Associates Ltd

Alpha Swanson were first appointed by Business Modelling Associates UK Ltd in February 2015, to assist the organisation achieve certifications to ISO9001 and ISO14001. Business Modelling Associates UK Ltd is staffed by highly skilled persons, many of whom have worked with knowledge-based management systems in the past, and understood the advantages that UKAS accredited certifications brought, particularly when working with high profile clients.

The project to achieve the certifications commenced on appointment, and following a standard data collection and verification process, an integrated management system was implemented, and support with internal audit and management review provided, and the organisation successfully achieved certification to both ISO9001 and ISO14001 in November 2015.

Prior to working with Alpha Swanson, Business Modelling Associates UK Ltd had employed another consultant organisation to assist them implement an information management system and ISO27001 certification, which was completed shortly before ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification was achieved. Following the success of both projects, Alpha Swanson was reappointed and tasked with combining the two systems into one, which was successfully completed in 2016.

Since then, Alpha Swanson are delighted to have been reappointed a further three times by Business Modelling Associates, and provide the organisation with a wide range of services, including data analysis and reporting, health & safety competent support, tender and bid management assistance and, of course, maintaining the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO27001 certificated integrated management system.

In May 2018, the organisation successfully transitioned to the 2015 versions of ISO9001 and ISO14001, at a scheduled renewal visit, and are now considering possibly seeking further certification to ISO45001.
