Alpha Swanson was formed in 2012 by two Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health (QESH) professionals. We have a wealth of industry knowledge and almost 50 years of combined experience in developing and implementing successful management systems.

What are QUESH professionals?
QHSE or Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health play a crucial role in organisations by focusing on various aspects of ensuring that the organisation operates responsibly and sustainably. As QHSE professionals our responsibilities encompass quality management, environmental protection, workplace safety, and employee health. We help organisations meet legal and regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and enhance their overall reputation.

Quality Management:
We are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of products or services. This includes implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and conform to relevant quality standards.
Environmental Protection:
We are involved in managing an organisation’s environmental impact. Working to minimise the environmental footprint through sustainable practices, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Risk Management:
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in all QESH areas is a fundamental responsibility. This includes conducting risk assessments and taking measures to minimize potential negative impacts.
Training and Education:
As QESH professionals we often provide or oversee training programs for employees to ensure they understand and follow quality, safety, and environmental protocols.
Reporting and Auditing:
Another key area is collecting and analysing data related to QESH performance and preparing reports for management, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders. We also conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
We work to continuously improve processes and practices related to quality, environmental protection, safety, and health.
